The 4th Red Bull Road Rage in 2009 took place in Rengg near Lucerne. The very technical course was a big challenge for the 72 riders. A steep start with 5 hairpin turns and a high-speed finish with speed up to 90 km/h in the second part called for the skills of each athlete and demonstrated how a good road bike downhill course should look like. The course had a length of 2.1 km and an average of 10 % downhill slope.

The German Sebastian Körber won the big final in front of 1000 spectators on a top riding level just ahead of Janos Köhler from Ireland and the Swiss rider Michael Schäfer.

Homegrown Tour Stopp #2 in Aurich

Wettertechnisch werden wir eher vom Pech verfolgt, denn auch beim zweiten Tourstop in Aurich schneite es übertrieben viel, Züge vielen aus, Straßen wurden gesperrt und so weiter. Aber wir lassen uns noch nicht mal vom Wetter unterkriegen. Have fun!
