NISSAN UCI MTB World Cup XCO Madrid - Women

A group containing Fullana, Marie-Hélène Prémont, Catharine Pendrel and Lene Byberg split away from the field. Fullana made the winning move on the final long climb, launching an attack that Premont could not respond to immediately, and then holding on to win her second consecutive World Cup. Marie-Hélène Prémont became second and Byberg held on for third.
